Shipping Destination & Cost
- Destination: We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States.
- Cost: We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders.
Estimated Delivery Timeline
Our delivery timeline is divided into two parts: processing and transit.

Order Processing (1–3 Business Days): Please allow 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) for our team to process, pack, and prepare your order for shipment.

Standard Shipping (5–12 Business Days): After your order has been processed, it will be shipped. Transit time is typically 5–12 business days.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: You can expect to receive your order within 6 to 15 business days from the date of purchase.
Our Fulfillment Process
To bring you our curated collections, Serena New York partners with an international fulfillment center. All products are shipped from our warehouse in Asia. This allows us to offer unique items, but it does mean our shipping times are longer than domestic shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package's journey.
